Misty M. Lauby is an associate in the Riverside office of Fernandez & Lauby LLP. Ms. Lauby graduated in 2005 from Southwestern University School of Law. As a first year student she was chosen as a finalist in the Moot Court writing competition. In 1998, she graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy.
After achieving her undergraduate degree and while attending law school, Ms. Lauby spent five years as a case assistant in the Chicago and Los Angeles offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP working on complex tobacco litigation cases.
Ms. Lauby's current practice includes insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, general business litigation.
