In 2000, Mr. Foster graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, Mr. Foster enjoyed a successful career as an engineer with Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems in El Segundo, CA.
Mr. Foster received his law degree in 2006 from the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. During law school, Mr. Foster competed both regionally and nationally on Pepperdine's Honors Mock Trial Team. He received the Best Oral Advocate Award at a national competition. Mr. Foster was awarded the Barristers Award for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Foster was also involved in community activities, providing mentoring to local high school students as well as young men at a juvenile detention camp.
Mr. Foster's litigation experience includes personal injury, premises liability, general liability, asbestos litigation, toxic torts, medical malpractice, employment litigation and public entity defense.
